What’s your favourite time of year?

This is a tough one because I love different aspects of all the seasons. I love watching things grow in spring. I love the summer heat and camping. I love the smell of fall and fresh squash. I also love the snow in the winter.

I’m grateful that I get to live in a part of the world that has all 4 seasons. I make a point to experience all the things I like mindfully no matter what time of year.

Dark, white, or milk chocolate?

At this point in my life definitely dark chocolate. When I was a kid it was only milk chocolate. Although the Mini Eggs that come out at Easter have to be the milk chocolate kind…those things are soooo gooood! I can’t just eat one, I have to have at least 5 or 6.  And white chocolate is very good too…but it has to be good quality or it just doesn’t taste right.

Actually, I’ll take any chocolate, any time.

If there was one place you could go and explore in the world, all expenses paid, where would it be?

This is a fitting question for today! We are leaving on holidays to Disneyland this morning! Yippeee! The kids are bouncing off the walls.

If I only had to pick one place on earth it would be the British Isles. I have always been fascinated by the history, the spirituality born there, the architecture, the culture, the magic of the stories of all the people who have lived and continue to live there.  I would love to explore and lose myself there for a long while.
